With the LEAQS system a leakage detection survey is conducted at a fraction of the time with considerably better results. All documentation, material & parts lists, leakage volume and costs is web based. The objective is to provide the necessary information to facilitate repairs effectively.
The LEAQS system the worlds most used system for leakage control
On-Line reporting in real time
Pay-back period normally within six months
Experience and know-how from more than 8000 projects
Reduces project time to an absolute minimum with better results
REPAIR OF LEAKAGES
It is per haps obvious but it is the repairs that are critical to achieve any results from a leakage detection survey. It is a fact that many companies tend to forget. To achieve optimal results we have processes and methods in place that allows us to reach extraordinary high repair levels.
Material & Purchase lists for components and parts
Product Identification Process system for parts difficult to identify
Products arrive on site labeled with key information
Repair planning–estimated time, accessibility and optimal manpower
LEAQS repair–a process that achieves close to-or a 100% repair rate
MONITORING & MEASURING
To monitor the key parameters for your compressed air system should be just as natural as it is for your electricity and gases. Monitoring & Measuring provides you with real time information about the events and performance of your compre ssed air system. Information that is vital to ensure reliability, improve operating costs and efficiency. A system can be installed and operational at a cost well below your expectations.
Ensures reliability–production unaffected by compressor breakdown
Program alarm settings on critical parameters–pressure , dew point or leakages
Full control of leakage levels and energy efficiency
Access to data on your PC, lap top or smartphone
Automatic report generator–daily, weekly ,monthly etc.
Leakage management success is measured in reduced leakage volume. This is directly dependent on what we call the repair level. In order to achieve a 100% repair level all leaking products need to be identified. This is difficult, mainly depending on the a ge and status of the plant. LEAQS have developed what is called the Product Identification Process (P.I.P) it is a streamlined web based service that links the technician to suppliers and support functions that are able to assist with the photos and detail s we provide.
Absolutely critical in order to achieve 100 % repair leve
Web based–easy to work with, reduces project time

A 2" filter flowing 400 l/s @ 7 bar
when new, pressure drop = 0,15 bar
in 2 years this could increase to 0,4 bar
This extra 0,25 bar creates an extra power demand of
POTENTIAL FOR SAVING
For 2,500 hours total extra power = 1,8 Kwh x 2,500 @ 0,12 € per Kwh extra cost = 540,00 €
COST OF SOLUTION:
Replace filter element = 160,18 €
1/2 a man hour labour @ 38,00 € per hour = 19,00 €
Total 179,18 €
Savings Expense Nett
540,00 € 179,18 € 360,82 €
SYSTEM ANAL YSIS A system analysis provides you with quick answers to most of the key issues you need to ad d ress in a compressed air system. Consumption, leakage levels, on - off load times, pressure development, energy efficiency and an estimated saving potential in € and kW. If there is no real data available it is highly recommended to first do a system anal ysis to establish the current situation based on facts.
Creates a base line in current situation
A non invasive method, easy to perform
Addresses all key issues and critical levels in a compressed air system
Consumption, pressure, load factors, peaks and leakage level
Can be extended with flow and pressure monitoring
The on-line training course we have developed is a response to our clients wishes for an easy to understand course that addresses the key issues – safety , environmental impact and cost saving ideas. Getting staff and personel trained is critical to achie ve true energy savings . Simple housekeeping guidelines and understanding the key safety issues in working with compressed air has an immediate effect on results. Everyone who gets into contact with compressed air should do the on - line course.
